PUMPKIN CUSTARD 
4 eggs
2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 c. milk
1 c. honey (dark is best)
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. salt

Beat all ingredients together and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes or until center of custard is cooked.

Sprinkle top(s) with cinnamon, if desired. Makes 2 pies or about 8 custards.
