EGG FLOWER SOUP 
4 c. chicken broth
12 snowpeas, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 egg, beaten
1 boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 green onion, cut into 1/8 inch pieces
8 oz. tofu

MARINADE:

1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 pts. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. oil

Marinate chicken for 15 minutes in marinade. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a large saucepan. Add chicken and snowpeas. Bring to a boil again. Remove from heat and gradually add the beaten egg to broth. Pouring in a fine stream. Garnish with the sliced green onion and tofu.
