LO CALORIE VEAL BALLS AND
CABBAGE
 
2 lbs. ground veal
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 med. can tomato juice
1 head cabbage, chopped
2 Sweet and Low pkgs.
Lemon juice from 1 lemon

Season the meat and form into balls. Place into a large Dutch oven the cabbage, veal balls, tomato juice, sweetener and lemon juice. Cook covered for several hours until cabbage is tender. Stir cabbage occasionally.
