2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. apple pie spices
1 c. oil
2 eggs

Mix all the above ingredients. Add 4 cups chopped apples and 2 cups of chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. This should be thick.
