JAN'S MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. grated bread crumbs
3 eggs
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. steak sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. crushed fresh garlic
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. powdered au jus mix or beef bouillon granulates

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, mustard, steak sauce, ketchup, onions, pepper, garlic, onion powder and au jus mix or beef granules; mix. If mixture is too dry, add 1 more egg. If mixture is too moist, add more bread crumbs.

Form into a bread pan. Spread barbecue sauce over top and sides of meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper

Combine ketchup, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, pepper.
