CAPAMA (GREEK SPAGHETTI SAUCE) 
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
6 cloves
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cans stock or water
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and cook on low-medium heat. This may be used with beef, lamb or chicken.
