SAUCY CHICKEN 
4 skinless chicken breast fillets
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. diced onion
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Hunt's Manwich sauce
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread rice in bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish; arrange chicken pieces on top of rice. Sprinkle mushrooms and onion over chicken. In a bowl, stir together sauce and chicken broth. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Uncover casserole, sprinkle cheeses that have been mixed together over the top and bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 4.
