ICED LEMON BUTTER BARS 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar, divided
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Confectioners sugar

Combine 1 1/3 cups flour, butter and 1/4 cup sugar in mixing bowl; stir until blended. Press dough in ungreased 9 inch square pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light and golden brown. Combine eggs, remaining 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, lemon juice and peel in mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Pour over partially crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes or until light golden brown around edges and filling is set. Sift confectioners sugar over top. Cool completely.
