HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cut-up chicken, cooked
2 c. celery, cut up finely
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. diced boiled eggs (8)
2/3 c. chopped or slivered almonds (1 pkg.)
1/2 c. chopped pimentos
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 1/2 c. potato chips
Grated cheese

Combine all but cheese and potato chips. Place in shallow baking pan. Cover with grated cheese and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Just before baking, cover with crushed potato chips. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 12.
