EASY CHICKEN PIE 
2 lbs. chicken breasts
1 lg. onion
2 cans mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chicken broth

CRUST:

1 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. self-rising flour

Parboil chicken and reserve 1/2 cup broth. Cut chicken into pieces and put in buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Chop onion and put on top of chicken. In large bowl, mix together mixed vegetables (drained), cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and chicken broth. Then pour over chicken and onions. In bowl, mix milk, flour, and mayonnaise. Then pour over mixture as evenly as possible. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, approximately 1 hour.
