MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lg. can garbonza beans
1 c. celery, diced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
1/4 onion, grated
Italian Wishbone Dressing (entire bottle or to suit taste)

Combine all ingredients. Serve on lettuce with fritos. This is a recipe given to me by a bridge pal. It is very simple and always seems to go over big.
