LOGAN BREAD 
1/2 c. unbleached flour
1/2 c. soy flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. honey
3 tbsp. molasses
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c. dry milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 to 4 c. dried fruits and nuts (dates, prunes, apricots, fruit cake mix, sunflower nuts, almonds, walnuts, peanuts)

Dump all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix with hand. Add water until it holds together well. Pat out on cookie sheet to 1/2 inch thickness. Score into squares. Bake 1/2 to 1 hour (or less) at 300 degrees. Don't overcook. Should not be brown or it gets hard. Freezes well.
