HAMBURGER SKILLET SUPPER 
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. beef bouillon
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown rice in hot oil in a heavy skillet stirring frequently. Add beef, onion, celery. Brown lightly. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and bouillon. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat until rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.
