POTATO PIZZA HOT DISH 
3 to 4 c. sliced peeled potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cover bottom of a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with potatoes. Combine soup and milk and pour over potatoes. In a skillet brown ground beef with onion and drain. Spread over soup mixture and pour pizza sauce over meat layer. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
