COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 box white cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1/2 c. oil
3 well beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can coconut

Mix all above ingredients with electric mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done, in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool.

ICING:

4 tbsp. butter
2 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. or tbsp. milk
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet; add 1/4 cup coconut. Stir over low heat until brown. Spread on paper towel to cool. Cream together in a deep bowl; 2 tablespoons butter and cream cheese. Add milk and beat in sugar gradually. Add vanilla and stir in 2 cups coconut. Spread on the cake and top with browned coconut.
