3 lbs. confectioners sugar 2 lb. peanut butter, smooth 1 lb. butter, melted 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 stick paraffin Mix sugar, peanut butter and butter. When mixture is well blended form into small balls. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Melt chocolate and some paraffin in top of a double boiler (1/2 stick if about 1/4 cup). Dip candy into chocolate, not covering top of candy. Place candy on waxed paper. Makes about 150. Store in a cool place. |
