1 c. chopped olives 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. curry powder Mix together. English muffin halves Toast muffin halves. Spread with mixture. Broil until the cheese melts and the mixture bubbles a bit and browns. Cut muffins in wedges or quarters. This keeps well in a jar in the refrigerator and is equally good as a broiled open face sandwich for lunch. |
