PASKA (EASTER BREAD) 
1 c. water
1 c. canned milk
6-9 c. flour
4 sm. or 3 lg. eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. cake household yeast

Scald water and milk. Add butter and sugar. Mix until sugar and butter cool to lukewarm. Add 2 cups flour and beat. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each addition. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water; pour into mixture. Add flour a little at a time until you have added 6 or 7 cups.

Knead until smooth. Let rise until double. Divide into 3 parts. Put in greased loaf pans. Grease tops. Let rise again until 1 inch above pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
