CORNBREAD FROM GREECE | |
1 c. corn flour 1 1/2 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 3/4 c. olive oil OR butter 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs Milk, enough to make dough with med. thickness (about 1 c.) Mix 2 flours, sugar, baking powder in bowl. In other bowl, beat 2 eggs and mix with oil and milk together. Add flour mixture and mix well. Put in greased and floured 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. |
