MARINATED CHUCK ROAST 
2 1/2 lb. chuck roast or pot roast 1 1/2" thick
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Adolph's meat tenderizer as directed
1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
