CINNAMON CANDY 
2/3 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
Powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon oil
Red food coloring

Sift powdered sugar over a cookie sheet. Mix syrup, water, and sugar in heavy saucepan. Stir on high heat until sugar dissolves. Continue to boil until mixture reached 310 degrees with candy thermometer.

Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon oil and 8 drops red food coloring. Cool - crack - eat.
