CHOCO-MALLOW PIE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 lb. white almond bark
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. crisp rice cereal
1 c. peanuts, halved or chopped
1 (6 oz.) jar red maraschino cherries
1/2 (6 oz.) jar green maraschino cherries
1/3 c. coconut
1 tsp. oil

Microwave the chocolate chips and 14 ounces of the almond bark in a 2 quart bowl on high for 2 minutes; stir. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer, stirring every 30 seconds, on high until smooth. Add the marshmallows, cereal and nuts.

Pour into a greased (with butter) 12-inch pizza pan or a similar-sized rectangular pan. Top with cherries and coconut. Microwave the remaining almond bark and oil on high 1 minute, stir. Microwave 30 to 60 seconds longer on high until smooth. Drizzle the mixture over the pie. Place in the refrigerator until firm. Serves 10 to 12. This recipe is rich, but very good and it is beautiful to serve at Christmas time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
