CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. long grain rice
3 chicken breasts, cut in half or 5 med. legs and thighs
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Combine soup and water, mix well and pour over chicken. Cover with foil, fasten to make airtight and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
