BETSY'S FAVORITE DIP 
1 (16 oz.) tub imitation sour cream
1/4 c. chopped tomatoes
1/8 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. each chopped fresh basil, sage, thyme and rosemary

Combine all ingredients and chill at least one hour. Serve with chips or crudites.
