HONEY DUCK 
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt

Mix and sprinkle inside and outside each bird.

Stuff each bird with 1/2 orange. Lay in roaster. Mix in saucepan: 1/2 c. orange juice concentrate 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. lemon juice

Simmer until syrupy. Pour some over ducks and save the rest for basting. Cover roaster. Start ducks 350 degrees, 30 minutes. Turn breast down, reduce heat to 300 degrees. Roast covered 2 - 2 1/2 hours (until tender). Baste occasionally. Turn ducks for last 15 minutes to brown breasts.
