1 pkg. fresh spinach (break into reasonable size pieces)
1 sm. onion
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tomato, cut into wedges (about 16)
1 pkg. Good Season's Italian Salad Dressing Mix
2 tbsp. sour cream

In large clear glass bowl, break washed spinach. Slice onion and separate into rings. Add to spinach. Add diced eggs and crumbled bacon. Add tomatoes.

Mix dressing; follow package directions except use sour cream instead of water and wine vinegar. Toss in dressing. Be sure to save several tomato slices and onion rings and egg slices to top salad - will look very pretty on the table.
