TACO PIE 
1 tube (8-10 count) biscuits
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
2 tbsp. onions
2 tbsp. green pepper
6 oz. can tomato paste
6 oz. or 3/4 c. water
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

Place biscuits in 10 inch pie pan. Press together, set aside. In skillet, saute meat, onions, pepper. Add paste, water and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Simmer 3 minutes. Layer half of meat on top of biscuits, cheese, meat, cheese, meat. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
