CAULIFLOWER SLAW 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1/2 c. minced green onion
1/2 c. celery leaves
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. French dressing
2 tsp. caraway seeds
Salt to taste

Slice cauliflower thin and combine with other ingredients. Refrigerate. Make at least one day ahead. Serves 8.
