HAM LOAF 
1/4 c. milk
1 c. Wheaties or bran flakes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar

Add milk to cereal and let stand 1 minute. Beat 1 egg well. Blend in ground ham and dry ingredients. Form in loaf, cover with prepared mustard. Sprinkle brown sugar over meat. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
