GREEK SALAD 
1/2 sm. head romaine lettuce
2 c. trimmed lettuce leaves
1/2 sm. cucumber, peeled, seeded & chopped
1/4 c. green pepper strips
1/2 lg. tomato, thinly sliced lengthwise
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. pitted black olives
1 tbsp. snipped fresh dill, or 1 tsp. dried dillweed
1/4 c. (4 oz.) feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
3 tbsp. dry curd, low fat cottage cheese (optional)

Toss all ingredients together; then pour on dressing and toss to coat.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
2 black olives, finely chopped

Whisk all together and pour over salad.
