QUICK SESAME-GINGER CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 tsp. peeled, grated ginger root
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 (4 oz.) boned, skinned chicken breast halves
Vegetable cooking spray
Thin green onion strips (opt.)

Combine first four ingredients in small bowl; stir well; set aside. Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4" thickness using meat mallet or rolling pin. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium hot coals. Place chicken on rack and cook 4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with soy sauce mixture. Place chicken on serving platter; garnish with green onion strips if desired. Yield: 4 servings. 5.4 grams fat, 201 calories.
