PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN SQUARES 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices in its own juice, drained, halved
12 maraschino cherry halves, drained

CAKE:

1 pkg. Pillsbury Lovin' Lite Yellow cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
3 egg whites or 3/4 c. frozen cholesterol-free egg product, thawed

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in 13x9 inch pan in oven. Stir in brown sugar and honey until well blended. Arrange pineapple halves and cherries over honey mixture.

In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Spoon batter over topping.
