WILD RICE TURKEY CASSEROLE | |
1 c. wild rice 3 c. diced turkey 3 c. celery, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. slivered almonds 1/4 tsp. paprika Cook wild rice according to directions on package. Saute celery, onion and green pepper in butter. Mix all ingredients in large baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 (large portions). |
