CREAM CHEESE BROWNIES 
BROWNIE LAYER:

4 oz. Baker's German sweet chocolate
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Prepare brownie layer. Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl at high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla until completely mixed. Mix in flour. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 8-inch pan.

Prepare topping. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and flour until smooth. Spoon over brownie mixture; swirl with knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool in pan; cut in squares. Makes 16 brownies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
