MAZAT SPECIAL 
2 eggs, scrambled in oil until small brown pieces appear, keep stirring
1 1/2 c. sliced onion, sauteed until light brown
1 c. sliced celery, sauteed until tender
2 1/2 c. scallops, pull into small pieces and sauteed in part of oil and butter
1 can mushrooms, sliced (save juice)

Combine to make sauce, do not heat. Liquid from scallops 2 pkg. George Washington's golden seasoning or McKays chicken seasoning Liquid from mushrooms 1/2 soup can water

Combine all of the above and pour over 3 cups boiled rice, noodles or macaroni. Bake in casserole for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, covered and 10 minutes uncovered to brown nicely.
