CHICKEN BAKE 
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/3 c. (mix) white & reg. raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. chopped nuts (almonds or hazel nuts), optional

Stir all ingredients together. Blend well. Spoon enough mixture over bottom of casserole. Use cut pieces of chicken. Nestle chicken pieces on cranberry mix. Cover with remaining mixture. Cover. Bake for 1/2 hour. Uncover. Bake until done.
