STRAWBERRY DELIGHT (Frozen) 
1/2 c. butter (softened)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix lightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. When brown, press 1/2 of mix in 13x9 pan. Reserve remaining crumbs

FILLING:

1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream (OR 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Place strawberries, egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla in large bowl. Beat for 20 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9x13 pan. Top with remaining 1/2 of crumbs. Freeze. Cut into squares and serve. (This is a very light and fluffy dessert for simmer.)
