1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa

Mix sugar, egg, oil, vanilla and milk together thoroughly. Add flour, salt and cocoa; mix thoroughly. Drop walnut size on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes. Remove from oven; place 1/2 large marshmallow on each cookie. Return to oven and bake 2 minutes. Remove and cool. May be frosted if desired.
