STUFFED FLANK STEAK 
Flank Steak

MARINADE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
Garlic powder & garlic chips, you judge

STUFFING:

1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 c. Swiss cheese (8 oz.)

Cut a pocket in flank steak. Mix marinade, put in ziplock bag. Put steak in bag, splash sauce in pocket of steak. Marinate several hours, turning occasionally. Then when ready, saute mushrooms. Add sliced cheese, melt slightly. Stuff steak, seal with small skewers, sear on charcoal grill. Do not let steak get stiff or burned. Can do ahead and keep warm.
