SWEET AND SOUR HAMBALLS 
2 lb. thawed Vanden Brink Ham Loaf
1 c. crushed soda crackers
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 oz. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix ham loaf, crackers, eggs, milk and pineapple. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in a 9 x 12 inch pan. In a bowl mix water, vinegar, brown sugar and dry mustard. Pour over hamballs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning after 45 minutes.

If desired, sauce may be thickened.
