POPPYSEED CAKE | |
3 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 c. sugar 8 oz. salad oil 4 eggs 13 oz. can evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 jar poppyseed 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (plus juice) Sift dry ingredients, add to all liquids including oil, eggs, milk, vanilla, pineapple (plus juice) and poppyseed. Mix 2 minutes, pour into 10 inch greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
