BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. sharp cheese, diced or grated
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients together in ungreased casserole dish, adding broccoli last. Bake at 325 degrees until knife comes out clean like custard. About 1 to 1 1/2 hours. You can also use zucchini, squash or spinach.
