O. G. GAZPACHO 
15 oz. V-8 juice
8 oz. tomato juice
2-4 minced garlic cloves
1/4 c. ground black pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped green onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. green pepper
1 c. chopped, skinned, and seeded cucumber
Parsley sprigs or cilantro

Combine all ingredients. Adjust garlic, pepper, parsley, and green onion to taste. Refrigerate overnight and garnish with parsley or cilantro.
