MAMIE E.'S MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE | |
2 pkgs. chocolate chips (one 12 oz. semi-sweet and one 12 oz. milk chocolate) 1/4 c. white Karo syrup 4 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. nuts 7 or 8 oz. jar marshmallow creme 2 tbsp. butter 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated cream In large kettle, add sugar, pinch salt, milk, and butter. Stir, bring to a boil. Put lid on for 3 minutes. Add Karo syrup. Remove from heat and add other ingredients. Let cool. Stir until no longer shiny. Pour into pans sprayed with Pam or buttered. Use two 9 x 13 inch pans. |
