HERSHEY'S DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MINT
COOKIES
 
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. oil
1 2/3 c. (10 oz.) Hershey's mint chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla - beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in mint chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 or 9 minutes or just until set. Do not over bake. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet and cool completely on wire rack. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
