1 tsp. baking soda
Flour
Salt to taste

Beat eggs; add soda. Add enough flour to stiffen. Salt to taste. Place dough on well floured board, roll thin and cut in thin slices. Place in boiling chicken broth, with little pieces of chicken and boil until tender.
