1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. hot coffee
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. nuts and/or white raisins

Mix all together well and pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost while still warm with: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons grated butter, and a few drops hot coffee.
