CARROT CASSEROLE 
Carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter and honey (equal amounts)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ginger
Finely chopped apple
Crushed pineapple

Slice carrots any way, dollars are nice. Cook until tender in salt and pepper. Drain; add butter and an equal amount of honey, 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon each cinnamon and ginger. Add some finely chopped apple and crushed pineapple. Heat in oven.
