CABBAGE ROLLS 
Boil cored cabbage 15 minutes.

Combine:

1 lb. lean ground chuck
1/3 c. UNCOOKED rice
1 sm. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Fill cabbage leaves and secure with toothpicks. Place rolls 1 deep in bottom of large, heavy pot. (Makes 6-10 rolls, depending on size of cabbage leaves.)

Combine:

1 med. sliced onion
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar
2 to 3 tbsp. lemon juice
Raisins as desired
