POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. chopped onion
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
8 oz. sliced mozzarella
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 inch baking pan with Pam. Brown beef with onion in large skillet. Drain. Stir in mix, tomato sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into pan. Top with mozzarella. Combine eggs, oil, flour and milk in blender. Pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan over batter. Cook 30 minutes or until puffed and deep golden brown. Serves 6.
